OUR MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Deep tissue massage
A deep tissue massage often focuses on certain areas such as your neck and shoulders, back or legs to bring targeted relief from soreness. This massage uses deeper pressure which is beneficial in releasing muscle tensions, adhesions, knots, or trigger points.
A sports massage blends together techniques used to bring about optimum performance, provide injury-free training and minimise post-event injuries. A sports massage uses Swedish massage techniques, neuro-muscular techniques, friction, trigger point release and stretching.
The aim of our Swedish massage is to relax and energise your entire body. This is the classic full body massage involving techniques such as effleurage, circular pressure, kneading and percussion.
A full body massage that is excellent for reducing stress levels and enhancing well-being. The most relaxing massage techniques combined to soothe away tension.
